Teaching
Since 1997, I have been a full-time English professor at Palomar College. Since then, I have taught a wide range of composition, creative writing, and literature classes. From 2000 to 2018, I was the co-adviser for Bravura, the college's literary journal, which has been in production since 1964. Also, in 2001, I created the class English 290 ("Comic Books as Literature"), which I frequently teach.
