Teaching
Since 1997, I have been a full-time English professor at Palomar College. Since then, I have taught a wide range of composition, creative writing, and literature classes; from 2000 to 2018, I was the co-adviser for Bravura, the college's literary journal, which has been in production since 1964. I love to talk books (comic and otherwise), and if you're interested in some recommendations, then friend me on Goodreads, where I've posted lots of reviews.
I am on sabbatical for the Spring 2025 semester, but I will return to teaching in Fall of 2025
